Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a small business, last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact my ability to serve others and run efficiently.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.
- Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may require prepayment for future bookings.
- If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and subject to the same policies.
Life happens — if you’re feeling unwell or have an emergency, please communicate with me directly. I value your time and ask that you do the same for mine.
